The sale of products made through the website www.ceramorceramica.com is regulated by these Terms and Conditions.

Before placing an order, please read the conditions below carefully. After completing a purchase, we assume that you have full knowledge of and accept the Terms and Conditions.

CerAmor Cerâmica may update the Terms and Conditions with or without prior notice and therefore you must reread and accept them whenever you place a new order through our website.

1. SCOPE

The Terms and Conditions herein apply to the sale of CerAmor Cerâmica products through the website. www.ceramorceramica.com , following all procedures to complete the purchase. They do not include the provision of services or sale of other products that are not from the brand and that may be linked to the website through links or banners.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRICE

The products displayed and sold on the CerAmor Cerâmica website are categorized by product type, presenting the respective photographs, descriptions, availability in stock, dimensions and price.

The delivery cost will be added to the total value of the product(s) when the order is finalized. The values ​​shown are only valid at the time of payment of the order. Prices may change without prior notice, so we advise you to always check the total amount to be paid.

In the event that the price is incorrect due to technical anomalies, the Customer will be contacted if they have ordered the product. If the product has a lower price, the amount will be refunded, if it has a higher price, the Customer may choose to pay the difference or cancel the order.

3. ORDER

To place an order, the Customer will not have to Register or Log In, but Registration implies entering the requested data, in order to subsequently log in with the same.

Registration requires the completion of several fields, including the name and email, which are mandatory. The Customer may complete their details in their personal area, including the address for shipping orders, telephone number, among others. The details provided by the Customer must be correct, as CerAmor Cerâmica is not responsible for any damage that incorrect data may cause.

Once registered or logged in, the Customer will be able to add all the products they wish to order to the “Cart”, except in cases where the product is out of stock.

After adding the desired products to the “Cart”, you will be able to check a summary of your order with the images, descriptions, prices and quantities of the products; you can choose how you want to receive the order and the payment method options available to complete the purchase.

4. PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

As a payment method you can choose:

MBWay – you will receive authorization in your MBWay app to pay for your order (only for Portugal)

 Multibanco Reference – the reference is generated automatically and you will receive an order confirmation email with payment details.

Debit or credit card – Pay with your credit or debit card through Shopify Payments.

Once we confirm payment, we prepare the shipment which will be delivered by our shipping partners to the delivery address indicated by the Customer. You can track your order using the reference number/code provided by our partners.

The average delivery time is between 24 to 48 hours for mainland Portugal and between 3 to 5 working days for the Madeira and Azores Islands. For the remaining European Community countries, the average delivery time is between 3 to 7 working days .

In the event of special campaign periods or stock shortages , or if for any other reason the product ordered is not available, CerAmor Cerâmica undertakes to inform the Customer and is available to refund the amount paid within a maximum period of 5 days from the moment in which such unavailability occurs.

Upon receipt of the order, the Customer assumes full responsibility for their availability to receive it.

When you receive your order, we advise you to check that it is intact. If there is any anomaly, you should report it immediately. If the Customer does not do so, they will not be able to complain later.

5. EXCHANGES

Customers who wish to exchange an item purchased must send an email to geral@ceramorceramica.com describing their order, including the order number and the item to be exchanged, and await instructions from the brand. After receiving instructions from the brand, the customer must send the order to our address, as received, carefully packaged. In this case, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer when sending the order to CerAmor Cerâmica's facilities. When CerAmor Cerâmica returns the order, the shipping costs will be borne by CerAmor Cerâmica.

6. RETURNS

The Customer has the right to Free Resolution, that is, he has a period of 14 days to return the product, from the day he receives the order, in accordance with Decree Law No. 24/2014. As for the exchange of the product.

To exercise your right to free resolution, you must observe the following conditions: the order must be immaculate, without having been used or damaged. The customer must then send an email to geral@ceramorceramica.com

The Customer must send the return to our address. The product must be sent intact, as received, and carefully packaged. CerAmor Cerâmica does not assume any responsibility for shipping costs, but assumes responsibility for the full refund of the product value upon receipt at our facilities.

7. APPLICABLE LAW

All matters relating to the use or interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, as well as any dispute arising from the interpretation, validity or non-compliance of the contract entered into between the parties, are subject to the competent Portuguese authorities.
Portuguese law will apply to such disputes, with express waiver of the laws of other countries.
