Shipping conditions
National deliveries are made using the ViaDireta express service or CTT Express/Registered Mail. International deliveries may also be made using GLS or DPD. Shipping rates are fixed for Portugal and the rest of the world.
1. SHIPPING COSTS (VAT included):
For orders over €50, free shipping to mainland Portugal and a €5.70 discount for other destinations.
● For mainland Portugal:
○ Up to 0.5kg: €4.50
○ Over 0.5kg: €5.70
● For Madeira and Azores Islands:
○ Up to 0.5kg: €4.80
○ Up to 2kg: €8.20
○ Up to 5kg: €6.90
○ Up to 10kg: €8.20
○ Up to 20kg: €16.00
○ Up to 30kg: €29.00
● For Spain:
○ Up to 10kg: €9.90
○ Over 10kg: €19.90
● For European Community Countries:
○ Up to 20kg: €19.90
○ For orders over €100, free shipping
2. AVERAGE DELIVERY TIME:
Orders are processed on business days and shipped on Mondays and Thursdays, after receipt of payment. This does not guarantee that your order will be dispatched on the next business day, as this will depend on factors such as the payment method selected and the time of order placement.
● For mainland Portugal: 1 to 2 working days;
● Madeira and Azores Islands: 3 to 5 working days;
● European Community countries: 3 to 7 working days.

3. PAYMENT
You can pay via MB Way, multibanco reference, debit or credit card .
4. PACKAGING
We take the utmost care with packaging to ensure that your products arrive safely and undamaged. We pack with recycled materials to protect our environment.
5. ORDER TRACKING:
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email/SMS, which will allow you to track the delivery status. If you have any difficulty locating your order, please contact our team by email: geral@ceramorceramica.com
If CTT is unable to deliver the order, a notice will be left in your mailbox to collect it from the CTT post office closest to your home, with a period of 5 working days to collect the product.
6. LOSS OR DAMAGE TO THE ORDER:
In the event that your order is lost or damaged in transit, CerAmor Cerâmica will refund the full amount of the order or ensure that you receive a replacement product promptly. It is important that you send us a photo of the damaged item, only then will we replace it.
The order may only be considered lost after confirmation by the transport company.
